Production Strategy
I have chosen the coastline of Lake Michigan. I will capture the beach and the rocky shoreline. My main objective is to capture the motion of the lake and the motion of the rocks. Then I will compare and contrast the two. How I will do this is by shooting different angles of the waves hitting the shore and I will be capturing the rocky shoreline while walking along it. If there are any rocks floating in the water I will also capture them to. If I could capture a seagull flying around that would be great. I could then contrast its motion with the lake's motion. Also, I could try and capture ducks or seagulls floating in the ocean and contrast their paths with the paths of the lake. It tends to be very windy by the beach so I intend to use my body as a shield in order to capture more clear audio.
